A general outline of the futurity process is:

Step 1-Breeder– The breeder submits a “Dam Nomination Form” accompanied with the appropriate payment, within 30 days after breeding.

Step 2-Breeder– The breeder submits a “Litter Enrollment Form” accompanied withe the appropriate payment, within 90 days after whelping.

Step 3-Owner– The puppy owner submits a “Puppy Nomination Form” and payment to remain eleigible for the Grouse Futurity. This form is mailed to any owner that purchased a puppy from an enrolled litter, it cannot be printed. This form mails to the puppy owner from the Grand National Grouse Futurity secretary.

Step 4-Owner– You can compete your puppy in the Grand National Grouse Futurity Puppy Classic.  If you chose to do so, you must enter prior to the entry deadline and pay the entry fee.  Note-you are not required to run in the puppy classic to remain eligible for the Grouse Futurity.

Step 5-Owner– You can compete your puppy (now a derby) in the Grand National Grouse Futurity.   If you chose to do so, you must enter prior to the entry deadline and pay the entry fee.

Schedule of Fess:

$10 Nomination of Dam Payable within 30 days after breeding (Breeder)

$20 Litter Enrollment Payable within 90 days after whelping (Breeder)

$20 Puppy Nomination and Payment Due March 15, 2017 for eligible dogs. (Owner) If forfeit is not paid by July 1, 2018: There is a $150 Late Fee – NO PUPPY ACCEPTED AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2018
